The 2026 International Conference on Management Sciences and Decision Making, hosted by the Department of Management Sciences at Tamkang University, will explore cutting-edge intersections of technology, sustainability, and organizational transformation.
Conference Theme: “Agentic AI Driving Strategic ESG and Organization Reengineering”
This theme highlights how agentic AI—autonomous, goal-oriented systems capable of independent planning, execution, adaptation, and decision-making—is revolutionizing strategic ESG integration as a core business driver, while enabling profound organization reengineering for resilience, efficiency, and hybrid human-AI models.
Submissions exploring the application of agentic AI to strategic ESG (e.g., real-time monitoring, automated reporting, climate risk simulation, supply chain optimization for sustainability) and organization reengineering (e.g., process redesign, workforce restructuring, adaptive governance) are especially encouraged.
We also warmly welcome high-quality contributions on related and broader topics in management sciences and decision making, including:

Publication Opportunity: Outstanding papers presented at the conference may be recommended for inclusion in a special issue of the International Journal of Information and Management Sciences (indexed in EI Compendex, Scopus).
Submission Instructions:
- The official language of the conference is English. All submissions, communications, and presentations must be in English.
- Submit an abstract of approximately 500 words by March 20, 2026 (updated deadline to align with current timing). The abstract must be in Microsoft Word format and include:
o Paper title
o Full name(s) and affiliation(s) of all author(s)
o Contact information
o For multi-author papers, clearly indicate the presenting author
- Submit the abstract along with the completed contributor form (available on the conference website or by request via email).
- Acceptance notifications for abstracts will be sent by March 30, 2026.
- Upon acceptance, submit the full paper (English, double-spaced, A4 size, Microsoft Word format) by April 10, 2026.
- A registration fee of USD 120 (or NTD 3,500) must be paid to the designated account before the full paper deadline to confirm registration.
Important Notes:
- Authors are required to present the accepted paper in person at the conference. No paper substitutions are permitted.
- If no author is available to present, the paper will be withdrawn from the program, and no Letter of Acceptance will be issued.
