All submissions to this journal are welcomed from scholars around the world. To ensure fairness and maintain academic integrity, the journal adopts a double-blind peer review process. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Only papers that receive a recommendation for publication from both reviewers will be accepted for inclusion. This rigorous review process is intended to uphold the highest standards of scholarly quality.

1. All submitted papers should be reviewed by two referees, and the reviewing process is double-blind.
2. Once they’ve accepted our review invitation, reviewers are to submit their review reports within two months.
3. Author(s) of each published paper will receive an electronic copy of that paper.
