二、貝里斯政府於116年續辦「英語課程獎學金計畫」(Certificate in English as a Second Language,簡稱CESL)，提供我國8名受獎生赴貝里斯大學(University of Belize)附設「區域語文中心」(Regional Language Center)就讀英語課程。該課程訂於116年1月開課至10月結束，獎學金待遇除免除學雜費外，另可獲每名每月600貝幣(折合約300美元)、為期10個月之生活補助費。

三、申請人須年滿18歲、具備有效之中華民國國籍及高中(含)以上學歷。有意申請者，請備齊申請表格及相關文件，務於115年7月31日前電郵至：admissions@ub.edu.bz及rlcinfo@ub.edu.bz報名。

1150022083. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Directive No. 1152501412 dated May 11, 2026, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Directive No. 1150022083.
1150022084. The Government of Belize will continue the “Certificate in English as a Second Language (CESL)” Scholarship Program in 2027, offering eight scholarship opportunities for Taiwanese students to study English courses at the Regional Language Center of the University of Belize. The program is scheduled to commence in January 2027 and conclude in October 2027. In addition to a waiver of tuition and miscellaneous fees, each scholarship recipient will receive a monthly living allowance of BZD 600 (approximately USD 300) for a duration of 10 months.
1150022085. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold valid Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality, and possess a high school diploma or higher academic qualification. Interested applicants are required to complete the application form and prepare all supporting documents, and submit their applications via email toadmissions@ub.edu.bzand rlcinfo@ub.edu.bz by July 31, 2026.
