(一)報名者資格：

1.在臺灣地區設有戶籍之中華民國國民。

2.符合下列資格者：

(1)在國內各公私立大專校院就讀之大學、碩士、博士在學學生 (就讀獎學金設定之領域， 須取得由該校院系所開立之在學證明書，並應載明入學時間、學位別及研究領域)、博士後研究員。

(2)低收入戶學生、中低收入戶學生、身心障礙學生及身心障礙人士子女、特殊境遇家庭子女或孫子女、原住民學生等符合本部法令規定學雜費減免資格學生及獲本部弱勢助學金計畫補助之在學學生(不含休學、在職專班學生)可申請本獎學金，如與其他申請者評審分數相同時，得優先錄取。

(二)申請方式及需準備資料：意者請備齊相關申請文件(紙本及電子檔)，於115年6月22日(星期一)17:00前送本處(T1006)彙整後，由本處薦送至教育部。

Description:

2026. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Directive No. 1152301432 dated May 12, 2026.
2027. Summary of the scholarship. For detailed information, please refer to the attached Guidelines:
2028. Eligibility:

1.Applicants must be nationals of the Republic of China (Taiwan) with household registration in Taiwan.

2.Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:

1. Current undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral students enrolled at accredited public or private higher education institutions in Taiwan, or postdoctoral researchers. Applicants pursuing studies in the scholarship-designated fields must provide a certificate of enrollment issued by their institution, indicating the date of enrollment, degree program, and field of study.
2. Students from low-income or lower-middle-income households, students with disabilities, children of persons with disabilities, children or grandchildren from families in special circumstances, Indigenous students, and other students eligible for tuition and fee waivers under Ministry of Education regulations, as well as students receiving assistance under the Ministry’s Financial Aid Program for Disadvantaged Students (excluding students on leave of absence and those enrolled in in-service programs), are eligible to apply. In the event of identical evaluation scores, priority may be given to applicants from these categories.
3. Application Procedure and Required Documents:

1.Interested applicants are required to submit both hard copies and electronic copies of the application documents to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs (Room T1006) by 5:00 p.m., June 22, 2026 (Monday). The Office will review and consolidate the applications before forwarding nominations to the Ministry of Education. Required documents include:

1. Proof of admission, exchange, or study approval issued by the Austrian host institution.
2. Proof of foreign language proficiency.
3. A study or exchange proposal, including the research/study topic, content and structure, methodology, analysis of issues, and expected outcomes.
4. Complete academic transcripts from university level and above, along with supporting documents demonstrating outstanding achievements, such as awards, honors, commendations, and other relevant accomplishments.
