說明:
一、旨揭活動係由台灣數位外交協會(Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association, TDDA)與美國在台協會(American Institute in Taiwan, AIT)共同辦理,旨在培育我國青年外交與國際事務相關專業人才,提升其領導力與實務能力。本工作坊為密集式培訓計畫,透過外交模擬實作,培養學員之策略思考、談判、共識建立、跨文化溝通與衝突解決能力。學員將參與三場專業培訓課程,學習如何設計、主持與引導外交模擬活動,並有機會於AIT進行互動式訓練,與AIT官員面對面交流。培訓結束後,學員將共同籌辦一場由學生主導之外交模擬活動,實際應用所學技能。

1. 年齡18至35歲之我國青年。
2. 對外交、國際事務、外交政策或公共服務具高度興趣者。
3. 能全程參與本計畫各項活動者。

Subject: Regarding the recruitment information for the “Diplomacy and Leadership Workshop,” jointly organized by the Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association (TDDA) and the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT).
Program Description
1. The activity is jointly organized by the Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association (TDDA) and the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), with the aim of cultivating young Taiwanese talent in diplomacy and international affairs, and enhancing their leadership and practical skills. This workshop is an intensive training program that develops participants’ strategic thinking, negotiation, consensus-building, cross-cultural communication, and conflict resolution skills through hands-on diplomacy simulations. Participants will take part in three professional training sessions to learn how to design, facilitate, and moderate diplomatic simulations, and will also have the opportunity to engage in interactive training at AIT and communicate face-to-face with AIT officers. Upon completion of the training, participants will jointly organize a student-led diplomacy simulation to practically apply the skills they have acquired.
2. Activity information is as follows:

A. Taiwanese youth aged 18 to 35.
B. Individuals with a strong interest in diplomacy, international affairs, foreign policy, or public service.
C. Individuals who are able to participate in all scheduled activities of the program.
