Announcement:
1. Follow the provisions of Article 5 and Article 13 of the "Tamkang University Graduate Degree Examination Regulations".
( 1 ) Before submitting for degree examination, postgraduate students:
1. The online detection of the paper originality comparison system should be completed. The "filter conditions" of the comparison report can be checked to exclude citations and bibliographies. The similarity index of the comparison results shall not exceed 25%. However, each department, institute, and degree program may set its own more stringent comparison standards according to its field and in line with the standards of the entire school.(The MS department demand under 20%)
2. When applying for the degree examination, a thesis originality comparison system report signed and confirmed by the supervisor must be submitted to the affiliated unit for review. The approved comparison report will be retained by the student's affiliated unit for future reference.
( 2 ) The degree examination committee member shall check and confirm when submitting the postgraduate degree examination score notification:
1. The dissertation conforms to the statement of the department, institute, and professional field of the degree program to ensure the quality of the dissertation.
2. The similarity index of the online detection report of the dissertation originality comparison system does not exceed 25%.(The MS department demand under 20%)
( 3 ) When a graduate student submits a paper thesis:
1. Print 2 pages of the final paper originality comparison system online detection report : paper cover and similarity index percentage page. Both the student and the supervisor must sign on the similarity index percentage page ( please refer to the attachment ) , and then Submit the paper together with the paper to the Registration Section of our office.
2. Scan the above signature page and add it to the online detection report of the paper originality comparison system, and then submit the electronic file to the affiliated unit.
2. The "Tamkang University Postgraduate Degree Examination Application Form" and "Tamkang University Postgraduate Degree Examination Result Notification" revised forms have been placed in the form download area of the website of the Registration Section of the Registry (relevant to the results business). Please go online to download by yourself . And please make sure to use the latest version.
